PT. Prima Alloy Steel Universal Tbk (“the Company” or “PRAS”) is a leading aluminum alloy wheels in Indonesia, which derives its success from focusing on the aftermarket export business. THE COMPANY WAS ESTABLISHED ON 20 FEBRUARY 1984 and is located at Jl. Muncul 1, Gedangan, Sidoarjo, East Java. PRAS operates on a 60,000 sqm manufacturing facility with an approximately 950 employees and is able TO PRODUCE 3.000.000,- PIECES of high quality wheels annually.

  • 20 Feet Container : 600 ~ 700 pcs of wheels
  • Sailing time : 30 ~ 35 days >>> arrival time at Europe port
 
  • European customer will pay 0% import duty and Tax for import Aluminum Wheels from Indonesia (because Indonesia are using GSP FORM-A Facility)
  • We have own Mould workshop facility with capacity : 40 moulds / per month
  • Lead time of making mould : 45 days
  • TUV office available in Jakarta - Indonesia
 
  • We have updated calliper & spec / fitment drawing for any car & electric car (Europe & Scandinavian cars)
  • We have high load wheels by a lot of design (please see "Our Product" in our website)
  • Our high load wheels with wheel load as below : 900 Kg, 1050 Kg, 1.200 ~ 1300 Kg (6 Holes & 8 Holes)
 
  • Price shall be in FOB Surabaya port (CIF can be discuss)
  • After signed PO, have to pay Down Payment 20%
  • After Sent The B/L & Invoice by email, have to pay 30%
  • After vessel have arrival at customer destination port, have to pay 50%
  • After received those 50% settle payment will be Telex Release The Goods to customer
